Orders can be placed via our website or just drop us with your request at jenni@jensgiftlab.com.
Processing Time:
Upon receipt of your email order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Please proceed to make payment at this point and your layouts will be prepared and emailed to you in 24 hours. If you are a new customer, you may wish to set up an account to expedite the process.
You can check the layouts for accuracy and you may also make changes if you wish. When everything is confirmed, a Sales Order will be generated to confirm your order.
It will take about 7 – 14 working days (Exclude weekend & PH) to personalize your orders. Items such as pillow covers, bags and pouches are manually constructed, hence will require more attention and time to completion of the project.
Orders may be delayed during festive and sales period. So do make time allowances.
